Proud doesn't exactly seem like a strong enough word for what Yoongi's feeling at the moment, but it's true nonetheless. He's never been more proud of Jungkook, and he wants to press it everywhere, wants to keep saying it until the younger boy fully understands just how much Yoongi means it. He's proud of Jungkook for how well he welcomed him, how open he allowed himself to be, how much he trusted Yoongi. He can feel that trust in Jungkook's body even now as it relaxes further against him, needing him in much a quieter way this time, unwilling and unable to put any distance between them. That becomes even clearer when Jungkook winds his arms around Yoongi's neck, nuzzling into his bare shoulder. Yoongi wouldn't trade this for fucking anything, not for any amount of money in the world, seeing his boy look so thoroughly satisfied and safe in his arms.

Yoongi continues to hold him, running light, gentle touches along Jungkook's back. The younger boy is still so flushed, warming up his fingers as they trail up and down the length of his spine, every so often massaging the very small of his back. There's absolutely no tension to be found anywhere in the boy's lax body, but Yoongi doesn't want there to be any lingering soreness. He massages Jungkook's shoulders next, softly working at the muscles that were locked in his rough grip earlier. And then the back of his neck. Yoongi doesn't keep track of how many minutes he quietly spends like this, working his way through Jungkook's tender body, because making sure his boy feels comfortable and cared for doesn't have any kind of time limit. It's his top priority. And Jungkook's aftercare, like everything else, isn't something to be rushed--it's something to put all his attention on. Yoongi leans down to brush a kiss to the younger boy's hair, nosing into him and breathing out a low, content sigh. "Can you tell me how you feel, baby?"
