the night goes just as expected, but that doesn't mean that anything about it is boring or unpleasant. in fact - jungkook loves it, just like he loves it every single time yoongi comes to visit him. he loves the little routines that they have in place, things as simple as yoongi checking in on milk and the two of them settling down to share dinner together, talking about as much as they can manage, catching up on all of the little details that don't always make their way across the distance and then some. it just feels good. it feels comfortable, feels right - feels like yoongi is finally home again, and it's a feeling that jungkook's found himself falling more and more, deeper and deeper into every single time that he comes back.

so jungkook isn't upset about it, doesn't complain whenever yoongi is the one who pulls them back a bit, who dials down the physical affections at first in favor of letting all the rest of it happen. he's content in knowing that he has yoongi here, knowing that he'll have him for the next few days, just happy to spend time with him, doesn't care too much about what it is that they're doing. but he also doesn't shy away from choosing whenever yoongi asks what movie he'd like to watch - it's just one of his favorites, and it's long, and he really likes cuddling up to yoongi while they watch any kind of movie.

jungkook also has no reason to suspect any kind of ulterior motive, at least not yet. for now, he's just content to soak it all in, both the movie and any attentions, affections that yoongi is willing to give him - giving a pleased little sound in the back of his throat at the way that yoongi's hand smooths over him. the question reaches him a moment later and he nods slightly, eyes still trained on the television screen, none the wiser about anything at all. "mm-hmm.. are you, hyung?"
